A flat $3.00 per mailbox per month, billed monthly. Pay quarterly and it's $2.70 per mailbox per month, or yearly and it's $2.40. There are no tiers: every mailbox costs the same, however many you buy.

Yes. Mailboxes are priced per mailbox and cover the mailboxes only. Warmup is a separate subscription priced per inbox you warm: $3.00 a month, $2.70 on quarterly billing or $2.40 on yearly billing. Use it on inboxy mailboxes or on inboxes you already own.

You buy licenses on a subscription, one license per mailbox, then create mailboxes on them whenever you like at no extra cost. Licenses are billed whether you use them or not, so buy as many as you plan to run. Warmup works the same way, with one license per warmed inbox.

Subscriptions renew on the 1st of the month. Your first charge only covers the days left until the 1st, and from then on the full cycle is charged on the 1st. For example, 30 licenses bought on the 15th of a 30-day month at $3.00 is about $45 that day, then $90 on the 1st.

Buy more licenses any time. The extra licenses are charged only for the time left until your next renewal, then renew with the rest at the same flat rate. If you already have free licenses, just create the mailboxes.

Yes. A cancelled mailbox keeps working until your next renewal on the 1st, and you stop paying for it from then, automatically. To replace one, cancel the old mailbox and order the new one: the new one uses one extra license, charged only until the 1st, and from the 1st your bill is the same as before.

By card through Stripe, or from your wallet balance. You choose when you subscribe and can switch later; the other one is the backup. If a card renewal fails, we use your wallet. If your wallet runs short, auto-recharge tops it up from your saved card. Invoices are in the app under Billing.

We email you and retry every day for 7 days while your mailboxes keep working. After 7 days unpaid, the mailboxes are suspended until the balance is paid, then reactivated within one business day. After 30 days unpaid, the mailboxes and their Google Workspace are deleted; your domains stay connected and can be reused.

Prices are before VAT. inboxy is an Estonian company, so EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge), EU customers without one pay Estonian VAT at 24%, and customers outside the EU pay no VAT. Add your billing details and VAT number in the app and they appear on every invoice.

Yes. Warmup works on its own, at $3.00 per inbox a month (less on quarterly and yearly billing). Connect the inboxes you already own (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP inbox, such as Mailgun, SendGrid or GoDaddy) and inboxy starts warming them.

Your inbox exchanges emails with a private network of real inboxes. That network opens them, replies, marks them important and pulls them out of spam, which builds the sender reputation that inbox providers look for. Volume ramps up gradually and adjusts to how your inbox is responding.

Yes. You can warm up multiple email aliases. Just make sure you set the reply-to address for each one to avoid issues.

Open an email from inboxy, click the three dots (More) at the top right, then choose Filter messages like this. With inboxy in the From field, click Create filter and pick an action such as Skip the Inbox (Archive it) or Mark as read. Step-by-step guide (PDF).
