can I warm up an email domain with a bad reputation using inboxy?

Yes, with one condition: stop whatever hurt the domain first. Warmup works by adding steady, positive engagement, which outweighs the bad history over time. It cannot help while bounces or complaints are still piling up.

A recovery plan

  1. Pause cold campaigns on the domain.
  2. Check authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC must all pass. inboxy sets them up automatically on domains you connect.
  3. Check blacklists and request removal where needed.
  4. Turn on inboxy warmup for every inbox on the domain. A private network of real inboxes opens, replies to and moves your emails out of spam.
  5. Measure weekly with a free inbox placement test.
  6. Restart slowly with a small, verified list once you land in the inbox again, and keep warmup running.

How long will it take?

Mildly damaged domains often recover in a few weeks. Domains with heavy complaint history can take months. If you cannot wait, keep warming the old domain in the background and send campaigns from fresh Google Workspace mailboxes on a new domain, at $3 a mailbox a month.
